Rain internet , ripoff

I purchased Rain sim card R1 deal in November 22 ,( 19 hour offpeak) after numerous calls the to active the sim , it only worked for 1 day . I then canceled the contract with Rain. But to my suprise I am still getting billed. Calling the customer service is just an headache, it took me two calls (1 hour) to get through.still nothing has been done . I also mailed them for my refund ,nothing has been done. This company is a ripoff. The customer service department ( call centre) has totally no knowledge of the product they selling. Every question posed to then has to be referred to someone else, which usually leads to the call be cutoff. On further viewing my December statement, I have noticed that the cell number dies not belong to me.
