Rain Internet refuses ro pay back money after contract ended!
Rain has been my internet service provider for over 2 years. They have always been average. Their appeal was month to month contracts and relatively low prices. Since around April 2024 I kept reaching out to complain about bad/weak internet service and sometime it just cuts out. After they could not resolve the issue I asked to cancel. They took 2 debit orders while I had called and arranged to cancel and have not payed the money back!!! They keep saying 7 to 14 working days, I've been waiting for 3months!!! Tragic service!!!

22 Aug 2024, 17:20That's the same thing your consultant said to me 14 days ago!!!! Her name was Rihanna, she said she is a manager. I filled in the required bank details again and sent it to them. Akash was the first consultant I spoke to that day. The ref for that call was ***6. I will not wait another imaginary 7 to 10 days! Please send back my money now! Check your records. Check your calls that you apparently records for quality purposes! Then use that to speedily refund me please!
