Rain internet rained out forever

I have been trying to sort my internet connection out since last year, each time I phone, I get a reference number and nothing happens Last week again I called got a reference number and promises they will call back in 48hours, needless to say I had to call yesterday a week later again, when I wanted to complain online they blocked me. I really don’t know what to do They keep sending a reference number on my email of resetting and the same story every time and nothing happens after that Please help
