RAIN internet QUICK to take SLOW to deliver
These people at rain customer care just say your querie has been resolved without taking the time to find out what is going on I lodged a complaint Ticket nt (***) after 2 hiurs or so received a message stating tye complaint was resolved yet no answer on my complaint tyat my sim card was not delivered due to tye rain consultant gave the wrong nr to the courier company and they could not reach me for 2 days.
