Rain internet providet

At first, our experience with rain was amazing, but now, it's a total disappointment.

I've paid R480 5 days ago for my subscription, and I remain disconnected, and from time to time I get connected but no internet access.

I'm not getting what I paid for, I'm at a point where I want to take things further.

I find it so disappointing that rain (an internet provider)

Doesn't have a call centre to solve such problems, you have to log a ticket, and to my knowledge if a ticket is closed the problem is resolved. I've logged a ticket and randomly it was closed.

I want my internet on or my money back.
