Rain Internet Provides poor service

People please don't use or register with rain their service is poor... I have been requesting assistance for the pars 11 days with no one calling me back I logged a query 4 times nothing happened.... Yet the debited my account??

They quick to take money out of the account yet their service is poor....

I am going to cancel my account with RAIN!!!!
