Rain Internet providers say they stop debit orders, but it's all a lie, they never do
The day I apply for a contract with Rain, I stopped the contract on the same day because the sales agent never told me it doesn't include a rooter, the cherry on the cake is, now they've been taking 2 months off for absolutely nothing. I phoned more than 15 times to stop the payment and still the payments go off. This is the most terrible service I have ever experienced in my entire life.

01 Oct 2022, 13:43The most important thing is to CANCEL the contract as we asked 15 times already. If one more debit order go off, our account is not stopped or our money is not paid back, we will take further steps and get lawyers involved. We have more than enough written evidence and recorded calls.
