RAIN internet provider's poor service and website.
Really surprisingly useless. They don't have a service over weekends. Very poor website as well. Instructs you to collect your card at Clicks, but then only offer the delivery option. All these surprises sprung on you ONLY AFTER THEY TOOK YOUR PAYMENT. Please take my R479 as a down payment to buy a book on 'SERVICE DELIVERY'.
