Rain Internet Providers - Multipls Unauthorized debits after contract canceled

Signing with this provider was the worst mistake ever. We canceled our subscription on the 02 December 2022 , ref *** , followed it up again *** ,still they continued to debit us, then again we followed up, ***, still they debited us, again we called, ***. They promised to refund us all the money they happily debited whilst we were are no longer a customer ! Today 01 March 2023, we have been debited. Pls stay away from this company. They keep saying they have a seperate billing department and it's not in their control blah blah and then they say they are escalating the issue. Lies !!!! Yes we still have their routers and I said to them, they need to refund us first and then come fetch their routers ! This is disgraceful, R999.00 being debited from us. How many more calls do I make ? How many more references numbers do I need ? My husband , the account holder has written confirmation of the cancelation from them as well, this is such a stressful situation financially and they don't give a toss. PLEASE avoid them at all costs !!!!!
