Rain internet provider - the worst internet provider in the world
The worst experience of my life. They are not supposed to be in business. They offer the worst service, the internet is always down and nothing is been done to fix the problem. The outage last for almost a month.

08 Jul 2024, 11:48I received a call from Rain promising to send a technician on Saturday or Monday. They were supposed to call and confirm the date. I have not received any phone call and the internet is still not working. This is really upsetting, considering I have not had internet for two weeks. They don't take their customers pain serious. Disappointing.

11 Jul 2024, 10:20I was contacted by a technician who promised to send someone to assist me with the network issue. The date has not been confirmed and I am still struggling with the network. It has been 3 weeks now without internet. What would it take for Rain to resolve my problem.
