Rain Internet Provider... Shocking

Received my Sim and with their Support line, changed the router password. Now nothing is working at all and cannot get any assistance from the very same Support line! They don’t respond to promises nor do they respond on Twitter. When I eventually got hold of a representative, they couldn’t put me through to management!! Stay away from this company !!
