Rain Internet Provider refund process is non-existent

I decided to get Rain 5g. I checked coverage in my area which showed that I do have network coverage. So I went online, ordered and paid. 3 days later I received my router and sim card which was activated by the driver immediately. From this moment, I never received any signal or network coverage, even though their map shows that there should be coverage in my area. I contacted them numerous times, which they attempted to connect, but it never did. A few days after I received my package I cancelled my order as it seemed useless to me. Rain does say that should you not be happy or receive no coverage that theu will collect their router and give tou a refund This is where my issue is. All of this happened at the beginning of May. Up until today, after MANY emails and support tickets, when it comes to my refund, they are quite as he'll. No feedback about returning my money! I am extremely disappointed with the way they are handling this and their lack of concern when it comes to returning money paid for a service which was never provided!
