Rain internet provider Raining Bad Bad Service

Haven't had connection since Monday and they telling me that the tower I'm connected to has a problem. How they can't pick up that and inform the customer, their app is as useless as ever. Do they even read our reviews because if they , they wouldn't be get so much bad reviews. Come month end I'm cancelling this nonsense. Bad Bad bad service.
