Rain internet provider poor service

I know it's lock-down, but their services are running, although the support is non-existent. I went online to order a rain sim and on doing my RICA online they declined the process and instructed me to log in again and check 3 days later. This was when I really needed a working sim urgently for work. It never happened and subsequently I went to the store and collected a sim which I successfully RICA'd online (funny). So at this point I have 2 sims 1 working and 1 not, but both charged for. I test the working one and my internet speed is almost non existent, so bad that a web page takes about 20 sec just to open. I am in IT and did many tests and tried different routers only to find that the RAIN signal in the area, although I have coverage according to their map, is very poor. I then requested support, and got non. I again requested support and nothing which was then followed by me getting Afrihost (MTN) which worked well in my area and went on to send cancellation to RAIN to get refunded the 2 x 400 odd bucs I had to pay on my credit card before I could test. Till today I have received zero support nor any confirmation of my cancellation. I also went onto my web portal to cancel the 1 sim that was RICA'd, but till today it shows as active, and the other NON-RICA'd sim is still not active yet, they took my money and return no word... I will have to wait now until the new month to see if they take more money and then take the fight further, which will be very upsetting to say the least. These companies that leave you now way to properly communicate (Telephone or online direct comms) only email, they take your money without providing proper service is a problem since the general public can't do anything but waste more time and money posting this to see if it will help...
