Rain Internet Provider Poor Service

We bought a Rain simcard for R480 uncapped wifi a few days ago. Since then we had a day or two at the most of internet available. After that all we had was trouble. No connection at all. We are living in the SW5 area of Vanderbijlpark. I do not know if this is a tower fault or a fault on the Rain's side, but absolutly nobody is doing anything about it. At a time we need it. No service at all. What service provider is worth their money? Nobody? Please give a solution. We cannot keep on paying for nothing. How many others will throw their money away like this. To enrich Rain?
