Rain internet provider is the worst

Our network has been down for 3 months now, after many phone calls and empty promises, i have had no service and yet they keep debiti g my account, just received notice that the tower was repaired and agina called them and said ok if they keep billing me then re activate my sim cards,bi was told this would take 24 hours its been two daya now and when i called to follow up i now qa told 5 to 7 working days, its very bad service
