Rain internet provider is the pits

Well I might actually be the first person to complain about rain internet provider. I order the unlimited 5G wife with free router on the 31st of Jan 2023 & it was specified that it would be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. However that was not the case for me, I called the agent to enquire about the hold up but none wer able to help me....I naturally lost my cool and told them to cancel my order and refund my money It's been a week, no communication from their side about my refund. I am so disappointed in the manner they operate ....I would rather pay more than endure the treatment I recieved from rain. I was a potential client but now I literally want nothing to do with this *********** internet provider. I get so angry thinking abt it
