Rain internet provider is PATHETIC

There service is absolutely pathetic. Do they even exist? I encourage anyone who is looking into getting rain to look at other options rather. I purchased this rain sim card on 1 June 2020 and it was activated the same day. After placing it in my Huawei B315 router (which is compatible btw) the light remained red. It was later discovered that there clearly wasn't coverage (our address never flagged when purchasing the sim card). I have now been trying to get hold of them and have had no response at all! There is no phone number, only an email address which appears to not work.
