Rain Internet provider is just raining excuse and bad service

These people I just called them to report that their service is Down and it's been 5 hours and they telling me about load shedding, I spoke to this guy by the name of Innocent and he told me straigh that there's nothing he can do... What area has a 5 hour load shedding on stage 4? This company is just not respecting their customers and we paying their salaries and they can't even sent a team to investigate the matter on their Towers. 5 hours have done work and the only excuse is load shedding..I no wonder all their review they are rated extremely poor, hence they provide month to month contract cos they not sure and Tony trust their product. I'm cancelling this month's end...
