RAIN INTERNET PROVIDER IS A ****!!!!!!!!

If I could give the company zero stars, I would. They are very unprofessional and never follow up on cases. I canceled my rain wifi because the so called "uncapped" wifi NEVER worked, especially when you need it. After canceling on the app, I received an email stating that someone would call me but that did not happen. I tried calling them but they continued to ignore my calls about the cancelation. I then changedy banking details and unplugged their useless router in April. Fast forward to September, the idiots have been CHARGING me for a wifi service that I'm not even using. How can you continue to charge me when my wifi connection was disconnected!!!!????? Does that make sense. I got calls from the head office saying someone would assist me with the case but I'm still waiting to this day. Whatever you do, don't waste your money on rain. IT'S A ****. PLEASE RESOLVE MY ACCOUNT QUERIES AND COME COLLECT YOUR USELESS ROUTER, PLEASE!!! I want nothing to do with you!
