Rain internet provider is ****!!

The worst internet provider! A little rain or wind and your services are off for days! They don’t resolve issues, I have had bad service 4G which is very poor for the last month. I have made numerous calls to them but issue is never resolved. They have call center agents from India that you can’t even understand properly and they always say they will log the issue, but it never gets attend to, yet I have paid full amount for services o am not receiving. It’s a **** network.
