Rain Internet provider

I bought a ZTE router from Rain beginning of July, received it on the 7th. Simcard did not work and did a sim swap just to encounter the same problem. It's been 2 months of NO internet, empty promises and PATHETIC service. ( and still no solution to the problem ). I paid R500 for router and service I can not use.
