RAIN Internet provider - do not use them

RAIN are not only ******* but they have no customer centricity . They collected a dysfunctional device over a week ago, but they charge you upfront, R700. Despite numerous attempts to secure support they refused/failed to respond.

I have on numerous begged and pleaded for the refund of MY money and RAIN refuses to assist
