Rain Internet provider cares nothing about customer service
My previous complaint was not even responded to by Rain. I have no choice than to conclude that they care nothing about their business and future. Now, my network has been offline for two days and counting. No urgency from them to restore services. Cannot contact a call centre, just totally frustrated. Be aware

Secondly, how long does it take in the year 2021 to fix a problem. This is highly disruptive to my life but I see no urgency
