Rain internet provider

Once again Rain **** and cheated me, firstly i canceled my service in december. The consultant never put in the cancel reqeust . They still billed me for January after i sent them alot of emails asking when they wil come collect their router. When they eventually collected the router they said they will refund my money they wrongly deducted from my account. But its been weeks now and still no refund. This is a really bad service provider. And above all this when i called to speak to a consultant , he got so rude with me and put the phone down while i was explaining the situations. I would not recomend Rain service they are fast to tske money but a person struggles to get you own money back.
