Rain Internet provider

So disappointed in this company, I gave you guys a good rating based on my own experience however, the service provided has dropped, i keep loosing connection and i sit without internet for hours, i try to contact support however, the number rings once and drops out, my device is in a good location scoring 100 in this location.

why is there no internet or support?

Why are you keeping customers that pay a full payment in the dark, i mean once or twice is fine but this is becoming very often.

Very bad service or should i say no service.

You guys are have disappointed me on not only 1 occasion but this is now the 11th time this has happened and im loosing out on work hours that will be deducted from my salary however, when it comes to the time you guys need to deduct, the funds are readily available, why cant my internet not be the same?

I pay full price but get my internet in increments, what a joke, im busy looking for a new provider, this cannot go on like this, its appalling service.

Very very unhappy, i will stop recommending you guys and rather recommend what a bad service i get.
