Rain Internet provider

2nd month they claim I have not paid. I have a Debit Order with ample money in my account. Last month after 5 days of calling them I finally went to my bank. After they called Rain they admitted they "Had some Glitches with there accounting re Debit Orders"! How many day's will I be without Wi-Fi connection this month? Very disappointed!
