Rain internet provider bad they *****

I cancelled rain mid August 2022 since they weren't up to service so I used them 2 weeks in August and the service was just bad that said that my service would be active till end August 2022 I took ther sim out my divice didnt use their internet 2 November they deducted 1400 and something from my husband's account I want my money refund they must go and play the calls from mid August where I complain and 1 of there workers said to me but you will just be billed for what you use because i haven't use the sim since mid August but they took money from my account I'm going to take leagal action i want the recording and n refund they are just bad the service is bad wont reccomend to anyone
