Rain internet provider bad for busniss

Well to start I order a product online it clearly stated there is stock available, so I placed the order and 4 days later I decided to call, the lady very unprofessional tell me that RAM COURIERS pick up my order, few hours later I get a email stating that they dont have stock, so I call to cancel my order this idiots tells me it take 10 to 21 working days for the refund... What the ********** I'm so ****ed of with this people they just takes a persons money..
