Rain internet provider

I bought a sim card and payed a package of 499 form rain. They were supposed to deliver in 5 days. I recieved an sms saying Ram has the package and they did. Then 5 days later Ram send back the sim card to Rain. I contacted them and they told be they have a problem with delivery. The problem is that they are not telling me when will they deliver or what will happen, they keep on sending me to a support page which has robot answers. I dont know now when they will deliver or who to talk to. My emails were rep**** by Desmond mathebula and Lehlohonoko Khumalo of rain support.
