Rain internet provider ******* and pathetic
This company are ******* and pathetic. I have cancelled so many times, even after cancelling and giving a review here where on hellopeter and they responded saying they would look into it. Nothing happened. They then debited me(stole) in July and August and I cancelled in February. I started the process again to get them off my back. I spoke to a lady in America on their call centre and as all of the call centres do she promised they would refund me and promised they would stop debiting. They tried again yesterday. Don't subscribe to this company they are pathetic. I am now having to go to the ombudsman to deal with them to get my money back, which I have an email stating they know they owe me. And on hellopeter they have closed to 10000 more negative reviews. If you sign up with them they will never let you go

You have not stopped badgered me for 7 months, have not yet actually stopped my account and have promised to pay the money you took out of my account twice with no permission and your response is the reference was created in July. Seriously. How pathetic. Your own team acknowledge I have cancelled since February and should not be badgered and you took money out my account when you should not have.
