Rain internet provider

Bad service from, Rain as they currently trying to debit my account even after I told them I would like to cancel. They bill in advance and I canceled on time but they keep trying to debit my account and now my account is arrears at the amount of failed attempts they keep trying. Bad service, because they promised to come get their router, its been months now.
