Rain internet provider

My experience with rain. Rain has now become so poor in service that you even get frustrated sometimes, not so long ago, I raised a query with them, via the network keep disconnecting and it would take long for them to even get back to clients to when a query is raised. Today again I have experienced the same thing and still they take time to respond and fix their network issues around the area I'm staying, if there is anyone who better understands how can I be helped must tell me so I can, i want to stay with them (Rain) but with them being inconsistent, will leave them soon enough.
