Rain Internet Provider

Rain seems to offer amazing deals but NO SUPPORT whatsoever. We followed the activation process from start to end. Payment was made but sim was not activated. So how do you offer products, take your clients money but have no support whatsoever???? I would think with the current situation in our country that Rain would put the necessary processes in place to number keep staff employed and two support their clients. I am disgusted in this company and will advice people not do business with you!!!
