Rain internet provider

I recently switched to the basic 5G plan. What a mistake that was. Problem 1- I only get about 1 or 2 hours of internet access per day and it is so slow that i can barely get my work done. My second problem is that on the router website where you configure everything on your router. The website doesn't want to load and when it loads i only have 2 or 3 minutes to do everything before it kicks me out.

I've been with rain for a couple of years now and so far everything was great. But now I struggle to get service on my internet. Rain, you are very fast when it comes to an account that in arrears but further on your services isn't up to standards. Do something about your towers that keeps on losing signals with the router.
