Rain internet privacy policy

Upon reporting problems with intermittent and slow internet in Wilgeheuwel I contacted the Rain call center only to find out that their support operators are in India. Judging by the laughter and noise on the back ground it sounds like the operators are working from home or a public shop / bar/ restaurant. The main concern is the operators and surrounding people all have access to all our personal data including address, full names and surnames, telephone numbers, e-mail address and ID numbers and banking / payment details. India is the ******** capital of the world and these people operate from non secure open to the public premisses with our private personal data. I find this a breach of our privacy and is completely unacceptable. Rain internet subscribers personal details are now common public information in India...and most probably Nigeria and the rest of the world.
