Rain internet poor service

After months rain sent me a outside roter after complaining for months without response I asked them for a refund , refund stil no response How can i pay for months for a full service with half a service Really poor poor service If you buy a car and everyday from 18h00 til 22h30 you car randomly stop and you have to pay your car Please Thay must wake up
