RAIN INTERNET POOR SERVICE DOWN FOR 3 WEEKS NO COMMUNICATION

I am not a happy customer! I have been off for about 3 weeks now and I am still paying! Can someone please resolve this as I am on the verge of canceling this service.

I have opened two tickets already (***, ***) and I still have to follow up on what's going on. I was told that rain towers had been down for over two weeks by your support people that I spoke to over the phone, but they had assured me that the towers were back up again, when I had gotten home it wasn't connected. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!!
