RAIN Internet Poor Service and Overcharge
I have tried 1 month Rain promo of R559 a month in October 2023 there is no network or services provided but 200mb data on 2 rain simcards after 1 day of no internet I made contact via online on rain app, no response or calls received but a billing date amounting to R881.55. Its not even 1 month but its overprice for a network that is not even there. Please I implore you to do proper investigation on this matter urgently.
