RAIN Internet POOR Connection

hallo i have a problem with RAIN network and it has been going on since 2nd week of November. i have logged a number of complains and all i get is an agent will assist you shortly but no one helps

i am tired of this because i am paying for very very poor connection here re my reference numbers for tickets logged with no help

Guys if you cant help let me know there are a lot of other providers who can offer better service.
