Rain Internet Overcharged Me

Rain internet service overcharged me and did not charge me for the the package I asked for.... then when I cancelled they still deducted money from my credit card afterwords and from the beginning I paid up front. The 5g is very unstable, they always have bad excuses for why the connection does not work when all the other networks is working just fine. The never answer when you call and if you leave a query they call only days after. They do not care about customers and delivering good service and then they just take you money!
