Rain internet not worth it

I have a contract with rain internet service provider. The only thing that connects with this provider is their debit order which works like clock work. The internet its like watching paint dry. They advise u to re-boot until u get touchy with no results in connection. Below is their normal response to reboot. Rain internet its not worth it, period.
