Rain internet not working and they do not repond

I am so disappointed in this business. ( www.rain.co.za )(My internet went down last Monday. I have called Rain at least 15 times. I was told that my matter had been escalated and that a technician would contact me and sort out the issue within 24 hours. It has been a week now and nobody has called me and the internet is still not working. I have phoned these people at least 3 times a day for a week now without any success...
