Rain internet not working and their service is the worst, no help from provider

I ordered Rain for me to work from home, rain 5g uncapped for R999.00 They took long to deliver but hard already deducted money from account, eventually, when it arrived it did not work for a week and i kept on logging calls, making me look *********** at work, finally, when it worked thee internet was slow and i experienced a lot of dropouts, and should i mention it also only worked for a week and completely stopped working, i have been logging calls and sending emails and no one has bothered to get get back to me, their service is the worst service in the whole world and i just want them to cancel my subscription and refund my money, what's the point of having internet that you cannot use and not even having help from the service provider, they are con and i am over them
