Rain internet not working
The agent from Rain there were all all hung up on me while I am talking. They do not listen to my problem they want me to do a trouble shooting without listening to me. They all saying they escalating the issue with my internet after their trouble shooting. They can’t even give me a turnaround time. I have had the issue with the internet Rain from the 1 January 2024 but until now it has not been resolve or at least have someone to call me and do their follow up or acknowledge the escalation.

It does not work. I still have the same problem after I have done it on the phone. It only registers the rain network not other options but there is still no internet.

07 Jan 2024, 09:39Today it the 7 January 2024 but still not solution for my rain unlimited. I still get internet only during midnight and yet I have unlimited data. Month end there will expect me to pay them for the internet that does not work. Pathetic .
