RAIN Internet Network is no way to go.

Me and my boyfriend ordered from RAIN our internet with the router and everything 2 weeks ago. In the mean time we struggled to get assistance where we eventually got someone to assist from CCD couriers. After another week no one still got back to us with any updates as to what is happening. CCD Couriers got as far as my boyfriend's work place just to advise there is an issue with the name and the ID which is not corresponding and the courier can not give the router to him. I phoned now and was advised by the CCD couriers, they do not know what was the problem, but they send it to IT to fix it and do not know how long this will take further on. We paid R500 to RAIN for this and we still do not have our product we paid for, and there is no way to even get hold of them (the number *** does not even work). We do not know how refund our money from them and now we will probably pay for something we are never going to receive from them. If anyone can help, please.
