Rain internet move router solution

I wonder why I should continue payng for this useless service everytime when I compalian i am told to move my router of which l have done a thousand time.Yet you they got the guts to tell me that i must pay for the service i never received.Everytime I am promised someone will come to sort it out but zero its more than a month the solution i get is move your router poor service useless
