Rain internet - looking for humans

I write this in the hope that and actual living breathing human will contact me to resolve the internet issue I'm having. I'm pretty sure the router is not working properly since it will not pick up the 5G network...ever....After resetting it 100X with the AI bots and logging 3 or 4 tickets to be attended to by Humans ......I still wait. I'm paying in full for a 5G line speed while receiving not a quarter of that in return. Rain, please get hold of me or lose my business.
