Rain internet-Loadshedding Customers

******. Rain is implement WI-FI loadshedding. After loadshedding there is no internet for 2-4 hours and they don’t assist when you write on a complain on their website. They just refer you to the router placement guide. I’ve placed the router every in the house, there’s no internet at all. Am I supposed to put my router on the roof or what? Or because we don’t live near the owners of rain live so we should get bad service? Do rain employees and executives even use rain? Because if they do then they surely don’t experience we do. Everything needs the ****** internet, you are literally cripple us! Rain is in effect, a Internet Oppression Company.
