RAIN Internet is useless

After numerous complaints and being told my calls have been escalated to a "competent" technician all I can say is RAIN internet is useless. Speedtest shows 48MB down 25MB up - to the simple less technical savvy person that seems great however bring on wireshark and the evidence reveals the truth of excessive traffic throttling. DOWN TO 800kbs for streaming, I'm sorry but that's not acceptable and misleading to the public. Netflix does not work, DSTV streaming is non-existent Stay away from RAIN
